What We Believe!

Originally founded as Centre Chrétien Beth Eden (Beth Eden Christian Center), our church has grown and evolved, now known as CBEC (Community Beth Eden Church) to reflect our expanding mission and outreach. Since its establishment in 2001, CBEC has been a place of faith, hope, and transformation, dedicated to preaching the full Gospel and equipping believers to impact their communities and beyond.

With a deep passion for serving God and people, Rev. Dr. Gilbert LW Kienansatuko was called by God to minister to nations. He is a husband, father, pastor, mentor, teacher, motivator, and lecturer who has dedicated his life to building disciples and transforming lives. Since the 1980s, he has served as a missionary, spreading the Gospel, training leaders, planting churches, and empowering communities through faith-based initiatives across Africa, Europe, and North America.

Recognizing the need to extend his ministry to his homeland, CBEC Kinshasa was officially established in 2012. With a heart for serving the people of the Democratic Republic of Congo,

Dr. Gilbert launched the church as a beacon of faith, hope, and community development. CBEC Kinshasa focuses on working with vulnerable communities, including orphans, at-risk youth, and underserved families, offering support, mentorship, and programs that empower individuals to build a brighter future.

The church is headquartered in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada, where Dr. Eddy Puna serves as the Lead Pastor, leading the congregation in worship, teaching, and discipleship. As CBEC grows, its mission remains rooted in faith, evangelism, and leadership development, ensuring that our work extends beyond the walls of the church and into the hearts of the people we serve.

CBEC Hamilton is proud to be a bilingual (French-English) church, united in faith, embracing diversity, and fostering inclusivity. We are committed to creating a welcoming space where people from different cultures and linguistic backgrounds can worship together. Our services, teachings, and community programs are conducted in both languages, ensuring accessibility for all. Through bilingual worship, fellowship, and ministry, we strive to build a strong, united, and faith-filled community.
